How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook received with target account IDHTTP webhook
  • ActionQuery all open high-value opps on the accountSalesforce
  • ActionPull contact roles and activity per dealSalesforce
  • LogicClassify each deal and list uncovered buying roles
  • OutputReturn consolidated account coverage gap report in responseHTTP webhook

What it does

It gives reps a one-call coverage audit for a single account before a big QBR or executive sync. Fire it with an account identifier and it returns every open high-value deal on that account, which are single-threaded, and exactly who to add to each.

When to use it

Use this when prepping for an account review and you need an instant, focused picture rather than waiting for the next scheduled scan. Useful for managers spot-checking a strategic account or reps building a pre-meeting plan.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook trigger receives a request carrying the target account ID.
  2. 2The flow queries all open Salesforce opportunities on that account above the value threshold.
  3. 3For each deal it pulls contact roles and engagement activity.
  4. 4A logic step classifies each deal as well-threaded or single-threaded and lists uncovered buying roles.
  5. 5It assembles a consolidated per-account gap report with suggested contacts per deal.
  6. 6The report is returned in the webhook response for the requesting tool or rep.
