What it does
This workflow keys off outbound sales emails. If a tracked email to a prospect gets no reply within the chosen window and the related Salesforce opportunity is still open, it identifies other contacts on that opportunity, drafts distinct follow-up messages aimed at broadening the conversation, and posts the proposed multithreading plan into the opportunity's Slack channel for the rep to approve.
