SALES
Outlook Multi-Signal Router to Salesforce and Trello
Classifies each inbound Outlook reply into a signal type (pricing, legal, scheduling.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew reply in monitored Outlook inboxOutlook
- ActionClassify signal type with OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicBranch by signal class
- ActionUpdate Salesforce opportunity for pricing/legal signalsSalesforce
- OutputCreate labeled Trello card for scheduling/objection signalsTrello
What it does
Acts as a switchboard for inbound sales email. Every prospect reply is classified into one of several signal types, then routed: pricing and legal signals advance the Salesforce opportunity, while scheduling and objection signals become labeled Trello cards so nothing falls through a single generic alert.
When to use it
For teams running Salesforce as the system of record and Trello as the working board. Use it when different reply types need different handling and a one-size-fits-all notification buries the action items that actually need a human.
How it works
- 1A reply arrives in the monitored Outlook inbox and triggers the run.
- 2An OpenAI step classifies the message into pricing, legal, scheduling, or objection.
- 3A logic branch routes by class.
- 4For pricing or legal, an action updates the matching Salesforce opportunity stage and next step.
- 5For scheduling or objection, an action creates a labeled Trello card on the sales board with the prospect and quoted text.
- 6The chosen output confirms the routing so the rep sees where the signal landed.
