Reanimate Stalled HubSpot Deals with a Drafted Multi-Touch Email Sequence
Detects deals that have sat in the same pipeline stage past a threshold, drafts a personalized 3-touch re-engagement email sequence grounded in the deal's history.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule fires
- ActionFetch open deals from HubSpotHubSpot
- LogicKeep deals past stall threshold with no recent activity
- ActionDraft personalized 3-touch sequence per dealOpenAI
- OutputPost drafts to deal owner for approval in SlackSlack
What it does
Finds open HubSpot deals that have gone quiet — no stage movement and no logged activity for longer than your stall window — and turns each one into a ready-to-send recovery plan. For every stalled deal it drafts a three-email sequence (gentle nudge, value reframe, breakup) personalized from the contact's role, last engagement, and original deal notes, then posts the drafts to the owning rep in Slack for one-click approval.
When to use it
Run it when reps are sitting on a fat pipeline of deals that never closed and never died. Instead of asking the team to manually comb the CRM for cold opportunities, this surfaces them automatically and hands each rep a finished draft they only have to approve, not write.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires the workflow.
- 2It pulls open deals from HubSpot and filters to those past the stall threshold with no recent activity.
- 3An LLM step reads each deal's context and writes a tailored 3-touch sequence with send-day spacing.
- 4The drafts are posted to the deal owner in Slack with approve / edit / skip actions.
- 5On approval, the first touch is created as a HubSpot engagement and the sequence is scheduled.
