How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule (Monday 7am)
  • ActionQuery Snowflake TAM accounts by territorySnowflakeSnowflake
  • ActionPull closed-won + open opps from SalesforceSalesforce
  • LogicDiff TAM against worked accounts, rank whitespace
  • LogicGroup ranked accounts by territory owner
  • OutputPost per-AE whitespace list to SlackSlack

What it does

Every Monday it pulls the full addressable account universe from your Snowflake TAM table, subtracts the accounts that are already closed-won or in an open opportunity in Salesforce, and hands each AE the leftover whitespace — companies in their territory nobody has worked yet. Results land in Slack so reps start the week with a concrete prospecting list instead of a blank pipeline.

When to use it

Run this when reps complain they don't know where to prospect, or when leadership wants to prove the team is actually covering its assigned TAM rather than recycling the same logos. Best for teams with a defined TAM list and territory ownership in the CRM.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires the run.
  2. 2Query Snowflake for all TAM accounts with territory and revenue-tier columns.
  3. 3Pull closed-won and open-opportunity accounts from Salesforce to build an exclusion set.
  4. 4Diff the two sets and rank remaining whitespace by revenue tier and fit score.
  5. 5Group the ranked accounts by territory owner.
  6. 6Post each AE a personalized Slack message with their top untouched accounts.
