Usage-Cliff Accounts Synced to an Airtable Renewal Tracker
Scans Snowflake for renewal accounts with falling usage and upserts each into an Airtable risk tracker with severity, renewal date, and trend.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerRecurring scan schedule
- ActionQuery Snowflake for declining-usage renewal accountsSnowflake
- ActionUpsert accounts into Airtable risk trackerAirtable
- LogicDetect accounts newly added this run
- OutputPost new cliff entrants to SlackSlack
What it does
This workflow maintains a shared system of record for usage risk. On a recurring scan it reads declining renewal accounts from Snowflake and upserts each into an Airtable tracker, updating severity, the trailing usage trend, and renewal date in place so the board always reflects current reality. When an account appears for the first time, it announces it in Slack so the team sees new entrants, not just a silently changing table.
When to use it
Use it when your renewals motion is run out of Airtable and you want telemetry-driven risk to flow into that board automatically instead of being copied over by hand. Good for teams that triage and assign saves collaboratively from a single view.
How it works
- 1A recurring schedule starts the scan.
- 2Snowflake returns renewal accounts with declining usage and current trend metrics.
- 3Airtable upserts each account into the risk tracker, updating existing rows in place.
- 4A logic step detects which accounts are newly added in this run.
- 5Slack posts the new cliff entrants to the renewals channel.
