What it does
A field rep records a 30-second voice memo after a meeting and drops the audio file in a watched folder. This workflow transcribes it, extracts the customer name, what was discussed, sentiment, and the next step, then logs a clean, structured activity note against the correct Attio company.
When to use it
For outside sales teams who refuse to type CRM notes in the car. Replaces the black hole between a great meeting and a stale, empty Attio record. Run it whenever reps capture audio in the field instead of writing notes.
How it works
