What it does
Reviews the week's sales calls in bulk and turns them into coaching. It scores each call against your methodology — discovery depth, objection handling, next-step clarity — rolls the scores up per rep, and delivers a digest managers can act on in their 1:1s.
When to use it
Use it when managers don't have time to listen to call recordings and coaching is inconsistent. This produces objective, transcript-based feedback every week without anyone manually reviewing hours of audio.
How it works
