How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule (pre-review)
  • ActionQuery Snowflake TAM by territory ownerSnowflakeSnowflake
  • ActionPull touched accounts per rep from SalesforceSalesforce
  • LogicCompute coverage % and whitespace count per AE
  • LogicRank reps into leaderboard
  • OutputPost coverage leaderboard to SlackSlack

What it does

It measures territory coverage. For every AE it compares the TAM accounts assigned to their territory in Snowflake against the accounts they've actually touched in Salesforce, computes a coverage percentage and the count of remaining whitespace, and posts a ranked leaderboard to Slack. Managers see at a glance who is fully working their patch and who is sitting on untouched accounts.

When to use it

Use it ahead of weekly pipeline reviews or QBRs when you want an objective, repeatable coverage metric instead of anecdote. Good for sales managers driving accountability across a defined TAM.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires before the pipeline review.
  2. 2Query Snowflake for TAM accounts grouped by territory owner.
  3. 3Pull touched accounts (any opp or activity) per rep from Salesforce.
  4. 4Compute coverage percentage and whitespace count for each AE.
  5. 5Sort reps into a leaderboard from highest to lowest coverage.
  6. 6Post the formatted leaderboard to the sales Slack channel.
