What it does
This workflow watches finished Zoom calls, runs a fast MEDDIC check on the transcript, and pings the call owner in Slack only when a deal-blocking field is absent. It is deliberately noise-light: no alert fires on a clean call.
When to use it
Use it when reps ignore CRM dashboards but live in Slack, and your biggest qualification leak is calls that end without an Economic Buyer or Champion identified. It coaches in the moment instead of at the quarterly review.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers the run.
- 2The transcript is retrieved from Zoom and passed to an OpenAI prompt that classifies each MEDDIC field.
- 3A logic gate checks specifically whether Economic Buyer or Champion is missing; if both are present the run exits quietly.
