What it does

This workflow watches the comment and reply streams across every platform you publish to, scores each message for legal exposure and PR risk, and pushes the risky ones to a human review channel before anyone responds. Benign comments are logged silently so your team only sees what actually needs a decision.

When to use it

Use it when comment volume across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook has outgrown manual monitoring, and a single missed defamation threat, regulatory complaint, or viral pile-on could become a real problem. It gives social and legal teams one shared queue instead of five separate inboxes.

How it works

  1. 1New inbound comments and replies arrive from connected platforms.
  2. 2An LLM classifier tags each comment with a category (legal threat, PR risk, customer complaint, neutral) and a severity score.
  3. 3A branch checks whether the score crosses the escalation threshold.
  4. 4Flagged comments are posted to a Slack review channel with the original text, author, link, and suggested severity.
  5. 5All comments, flagged or not, are appended to an Airtable log for audit and trend reporting.
