CONTENT CREATION
Turn a video into a planned shorts calendar
When a video is logged in Airtable, breaks it into multiple shorts scripts and writes each as a dated row in your content calendar with an assigned platform and publish slot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew video row added in AirtableAirtable
- ActionTranscribe and segment video (OpenAI)OpenAI
- ActionWrite script and pick platform per segmentOpenAI
- LogicAssign publish dates by cadence and open slots
- OutputWrite dated shorts rows to Airtable calendarAirtable
What it does
Converts one long-form video into a fully planned set of calendar entries. Each derived short becomes its own Airtable row with a script, a target platform, and a suggested publish date that respects your posting cadence — so a single upload populates weeks of calendar.
When to use it
Best for operators who run their social plan out of Airtable and want the calendar to fill itself from source content. It keeps cadence sane by spacing clips out rather than scheduling them all on day one.
How it works
- 1A new row in the Airtable Videos table (with a file link and target platforms) triggers the run.
- 2The video is transcribed by OpenAI and split into distinct clip-worthy segments.
- 3For each segment, OpenAI writes a short-form script and recommends the best-fit platform.
- 4A scheduling step assigns publish dates across the segments using your configured cadence and open slots.
- 5Each short is written back as a dated row in the Airtable content calendar, linked to the source video.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

Triggers when a new blog draft file lands in a Dropbox folder, generates a Replicate B-roll clip for each paragraph.
Generate B-roll clips when a blog post is marked Ready in Notion
Watches a Notion blog database for posts flipped to 'Ready', splits the body into paragraphs, and generates a short B-roll video clip for each paragraph with Replicate.
On-demand: turn a blog URL into narrated B-roll clips
Accepts a blog URL via webhook, scrapes the article, generates a B-roll clip per paragraph with Replicate and a voiceover with ElevenLabs.
On-Demand Screenshot Freshness Report from a Slack Command
A writer requests a freshness check in Slack for a specific docs page; the workflow inspects every screenshot on that page, scores each by age and version gap.
