How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule fires the SOP audit
  • ActionList Confluence space pages with review date + ownerConfluenceConfluence
  • LogicFilter to pages past their review date
  • ActionCreate refresh task per page on Monday boardmonday.com
  • ActionDM each owner their overdue SOPs in SlackSlack
  • OutputPost overdue-count digest to team channelSlack

What it does

Runs a weekly audit of every procedure page in a designated Confluence space. It reads each page's `review-by` label or property, compares it to today's date, and for anything overdue it opens a tracked refresh task in Monday assigned to the page owner and sends that owner a direct Slack nudge with a link to the doc.

When to use it

When your SOPs live in Confluence and "review every 6 months" is a policy nobody actually enforces. Ideal for ops, compliance, and quality teams that need an auditable trail showing stale procedures were flagged and assigned, not just forgotten in a wiki.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule fires the audit.
  2. 2The flow pulls all pages in the target Confluence space along with their review-date property and owner field.
  3. 3A filter keeps only pages whose review date is earlier than today.
  4. 4For each overdue page it creates a Monday item on the SOP-refresh board, assigned to the owner with the due date and Confluence link.
  5. 5It sends the owner a Slack DM summarizing what's overdue and links the new task.
  6. 6A digest message posts the full overdue count to the team channel as the run summary.
