What it does

Kicks off a quarterly attestation cycle: it pulls the list of SOPs and owners from Airtable, emails each owner a request to confirm their procedures are current or flag ones needing changes, logs every response back to Airtable, chases anyone who hasn't replied after a few days, and compiles a sign-off report showing confirmed, flagged, and silent owners.

When to use it

When compliance or leadership wants documented proof that SOP owners actively reviewed their procedures each quarter, rather than relying on a review-date field nobody looked at. Best for regulated teams needing an attestation trail per owner.

How it works

  1. 1A quarterly schedule opens the attestation cycle.
  2. 2The flow reads the SOP-and-owner roster from Airtable.
  3. 3It emails each owner an attestation request via Outlook with their assigned SOPs and a confirm/flag link.
  4. 4Responses are written back to the Airtable attestation log.
  5. 5A branch identifies owners with no response after the grace window and re-sends a reminder.
  6. 6A final roundup posts confirmed, flagged, and non-responder counts to the compliance Slack channel.
