Draft new Front snippets from Confluence docs for gap questions
On a schedule, reads unanswered gap questions, searches Confluence for the relevant policy or help article, and drafts a ready-to-review canned reply snippet for each.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled run (weekday morning)
- ActionRead open gap questions from AirtableAirtable
- ActionSearch Confluence for source articlesConfluence
- ActionDraft grounded snippet per questionOpenAI
- OutputPost drafts and sources to Slack for reviewSlack
What it does
This workflow turns logged content gaps into draft canned replies. On a recurring schedule it pulls the open gap questions, searches your Confluence knowledge base for the source material that answers each one, and asks the model to write a concise, on-brand snippet grounded in that documentation. Each draft is posted for human review before it ever reaches the live snippet library.
When to use it
Use it when your support content lives in Confluence and you want to convert the gap backlog into publishable replies without an agent writing each one by hand. It keeps the library growing with answers that trace back to authoritative docs.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger fires (e.g. every weekday morning).
- 2Open gap questions are read from the Airtable backlog.
- 3For each question, Confluence is searched for matching articles.
- 4The model drafts a snippet grounded only in the retrieved Confluence content, flagging any question with no supporting doc.
- 5Drafts and their source links are posted to a Slack review channel for an editor to approve.
