Demo No-Show Reschedule Agent
When a booked post-show demo is marked a no-show, an agent emails a personalized rebooking link and offers concrete new slots from the rep's calendar.

What it does
Recovers demos that fall through after a trade show. When a calendar event is marked as a no-show, the agent drafts a warm, personalized reschedule email referencing what the prospect saw at the booth, offers two or three real open slots from the rep's calendar, and updates the CRM so the opportunity stays alive.
When to use it
Use it after a show when booth-booked demos start no-showing, which is common when meetings are set hastily on the floor. Best when you want recovery to be instant and personal rather than a generic blast.
How it works
- 1A calendar event status change to no-show triggers the workflow.
- 2The agent pulls the prospect's CRM record for booth context and prior notes.
- 3It reads the rep's calendar to find the next few genuinely open slots.
- 4A personalized reschedule email with those slots is sent via Gmail.
- 5The CRM record is updated with a 'reschedule-sent' status and timestamp.
- 6The rep is pinged in Slack so they can follow up by phone if the lead is high value.
