CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Monthly voice-of-customer report from Front conversations to Notion
Once a month, mine Front email and chat conversations into themed product feedback and publish a formatted Notion report with theme rankings, trends versus last month.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMonthly schedule fires
- ActionFetch prior month's Front conversationsFront
- ActionCluster and rank themes with sentiment (OpenAI)OpenAI
- LogicCompute month-over-month trend deltas
- ActionPublish formatted report to NotionNotion
- OutputShare report link with stakeholdersNotion
What it does
Produces a polished monthly voice-of-customer report leadership will actually read. It aggregates a month of Front conversations, clusters them into feedback themes, ranks them by volume, compares each against the prior month, and writes the whole thing into a Notion page with headers, a summary table, and representative quotes per theme.
When to use it
Use it for the recurring monthly business review or product council where someone has to summarize "what customers said." It replaces the manual ticket-reading and slide-building with a repeatable artifact.
How it works
- 1A monthly schedule fires the run.
- 2Pull all Front conversations from the prior calendar month across inboxes.
- 3An OpenAI step clusters them into ranked themes, each with a summary, volume, sentiment, and quotes.
- 4A logic step joins this month's themes to last month's stored counts to compute trend deltas.
- 5Create a new Notion page from a report template populated with the ranked themes, trend table, and quotes.
- 6Output the page link to the stakeholder channel.
