PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Agent-driven voice report triage across multiple Trello boards
An agent transcribes a field voice note, decides which of several project boards it belongs to, splits it into per-owner action items.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerVoice note submitted (webhook)HTTP webhook
- ActionTranscribe with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- LogicAgent splits items, picks boards + due dates
- ActionCreate cards on matched Trello boardsTrello
- OutputPost filing summary to SlackSlack
What it does
Handles voice reports that touch more than one project at once. An agent transcribes the note, reasons about which boards and owners each action item belongs to, infers due dates from phrasing like "by Friday," and creates cards across the right Trello boards rather than dumping everything in one place.
When to use it
Use it when a single field report routinely spans several workstreams and a flat one-card-per-note rule would force someone to manually re-split and re-assign the work.
How it works
- 1A voice note is submitted via webhook.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio.
- 3The agent reads the transcript and reasons about distinct action items, their owners, target boards, and due dates.
- 4For each item, the agent selects the correct Trello board and list.
- 5Trello cards are created with assignees and due dates.
- 6A summary of what was filed is posted back to Slack for visibility.

- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
