PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Field voice note to Trello card with extracted action items
Transcribes a field worker's voice note with ElevenLabs, extracts action items with OpenAI.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerVoice note uploaded (webhook)HTTP webhook
- ActionTranscribe audio with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionExtract action items + project with OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicMatch project name to Trello board/list
- OutputCreate Trello card with checklistTrello
What it does
Turns a raw voice memo from the field into a structured Trello card. It transcribes the audio, pulls out discrete action items, identifies which project the note belongs to, and lands a fully formed card on the right board so nothing gets lost between the job site and the office.
When to use it
Use it when crews, inspectors, or sales reps dictate updates on the go and you want those updates to become trackable work without anyone retyping them. Ideal for teams that already run their delivery on Trello boards.
How it works
- 1A field worker uploads a voice note, firing the webhook trigger.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio to text.
- 3OpenAI summarizes the report and extracts a list of action items plus a project name.
- 4A logic step matches the project name to a Trello board and list.
- 5Trello creates a card titled from the summary, with each action item as a checklist entry and the transcript in the description.
