Turn a Zoom field check-in recording into a Trello sprint card set
After a Zoom call recording finishes, transcribes it with ElevenLabs, extracts decisions and action items with OpenAI.
How it runs

- LogicResolve owner names to Trello members
- OutputCreate assigned sprint cards in TrelloTrello
What it does
Converts recorded Zoom field check-ins into actionable Trello work. When a recording completes, it transcribes the call, separates decisions from action items, and creates one card per action item on the team's active sprint board, tagging the owner mentioned in the conversation.
When to use it
Use it when remote field check-ins or daily standups happen over Zoom and you want the follow-ups captured as cards automatically instead of relying on someone's hand-written notes.
How it works
- 1A completed Zoom recording fires the trigger.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording.
- 3OpenAI extracts a decision log and a list of action items with named owners.
- 4A logic step resolves owner names to Trello members.
- 5Trello creates a card per action item on the active sprint list, each assigned to its owner, with the decision log posted as a board comment.
Set it up
