How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWebhook: voiceovers staged for reviewHTTP webhook
  • ActionPost Slack message with Approve/Reject buttonsSlack
  • LogicBranch on reviewer's button choice
  • ActionMove files to published or rework folderDropboxDropbox
  • OutputReply in Slack with outcome and folderSlack

What it does

Adds a real listen-and-approve gate to your audio pipeline. After voiceovers are produced, the files sit in a staging Dropbox folder while a Slack message with Approve and Reject buttons waits for a human. Approve promotes the files to the published folder; Reject moves them to a rework folder and records the reviewer's note.

When to use it

Use it when mispronounced names or wrong-tone narration would be embarrassing to ship, and you want a named person to actually listen before audio goes live. It is the quality checkpoint that sits between generation and distribution.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook from your generation step fires with the staging Dropbox folder path.
  2. 2The flow posts a Slack message linking each language's MP3 plus Approve and Reject buttons.
  3. 3A branch reads the button the reviewer clicked.
  4. 4On Approve, the files are moved from staging to the published Dropbox folder.
  5. 5On Reject, the files move to a rework folder and the reviewer's note is captured.
  6. 6The final Slack reply confirms the outcome and the destination folder.
