SUMMARIZATION
Cut a Zoom recording into a highlight reel of key clips
After a Zoom recording lands, AI scores transcript segments for importance, picks the top moments.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionDownload timestamped transcriptZoom
- ActionScore and rank highlight segmentsOpenAI
- LogicFilter to top clips and build cut-point manifest
- OutputSave highlight manifest to Google DriveGoogle Drive
What it does
Identifies the most important moments in a recorded Zoom call and produces a highlight reel manifest: ranked clips with start and end timestamps, a title, and a reason each moment matters. The manifest and source recording are stored together in Google Drive for editors to assemble.
When to use it
Reach for this when you publish webinar highlights, sales call snippets, or all-hands recaps and don't want to manually hunt for the good parts. It does the editorial selection; a human or downstream editor does the final cut.
How it works
- 1Zoom signals that a cloud recording has finished.
- 2The flow downloads the transcript with word-level timestamps from Zoom.
- 3OpenAI scores each segment for signal (decisions, demos, strong quotes) and returns ranked clip candidates with in and out points.
- 4A logic step filters to the top N clips above a confidence threshold and builds a cut-point manifest.
- 5The manifest plus a link to the recording are saved into a dated folder in Google Drive.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
