Extract action items from Zoom trainings into Notion alongside the ReadMe doc

How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording.completed webhookZoom
- ActionTranscribe audio with ElevenLabsElevenLabs
- ActionChapter doc and extract action itemsOpenAI
- OutputPublish chaptered doc to ReadMeReadMe
- LogicSkip if no action items found
- OutputCreate action-item rows in NotionNotion
What it does
Does double duty on every Zoom training: publishes the full chaptered write-up to ReadMe for reference, and pulls the concrete action items and decisions into a Notion tracker so follow-ups don't get lost in the transcript.
When to use it
For working sessions and process trainings that produce to-dos, not just knowledge, such as planning meetings, retros, or rollout walkthroughs. Use it when you want the recording to drive both documentation and accountability.
How it works
- 1A Zoom `recording.completed` webhook fires.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording with speaker labels.
- 3An OpenAI step chapters the transcript and, in the same pass, extracts a structured list of action items with owner and due-date hints.
- 4The chaptered doc publishes to ReadMe.
- 5Each extracted action item is created as a row in a Notion database, linked back to the ReadMe doc URL.
- 6A logic step skips creating tasks when no action items were found.
