What it does

Does double duty on every Zoom training: publishes the full chaptered write-up to ReadMe for reference, and pulls the concrete action items and decisions into a Notion tracker so follow-ups don't get lost in the transcript.

When to use it

For working sessions and process trainings that produce to-dos, not just knowledge, such as planning meetings, retros, or rollout walkthroughs. Use it when you want the recording to drive both documentation and accountability.

How it works

  1. 1A Zoom `recording.completed` webhook fires.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the recording with speaker labels.
  3. 3An OpenAI step chapters the transcript and, in the same pass, extracts a structured list of action items with owner and due-date hints.
  4. 4The chaptered doc publishes to ReadMe.
  5. 5Each extracted action item is created as a row in a Notion database, linked back to the ReadMe doc URL.
  6. 6A logic step skips creating tasks when no action items were found.
