Flag at-risk deals from poor talk ratio on Zoom calls
When a Zoom call shows the rep dominating the conversation or missing next steps, the workflow flags the linked HubSpot deal as at-risk and alerts the manager in Slack.

What it does
This workflow watches for warning signs in recorded Zoom calls (rep talking too much, no agreed next step, prospect disengagement) and proactively flags the connected HubSpot deal as at-risk before it silently slips.
When to use it
Use it when deals stall after seemingly fine calls and managers only find out at quarter end. It surfaces risk early so a manager can coach or step in while the deal is still live.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event starts the run.
- 2OpenAI analyzes the transcript for risk signals: talk ratio skew, absence of a committed next meeting, pricing objections left unanswered, and low prospect engagement.
- 3A logic step decides whether the call clears a risk threshold.
- 4If at-risk, the workflow updates a HubSpot deal property (Deal Health = At Risk) on the deal matched by attendee email.
- 5It alerts the deal owner's manager in a Slack channel with the specific reasons and a link to the deal.
