SUMMARIZATION
Send a daily Zoom webinar engagement digest with AI summary to the team via Outlook
On a daily schedule, aggregates the prior day's Zoom webinars into engagement stats, has OpenAI write a plain-English readout, and emails the digest to the team through Outlook.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule fires (e.g. 7am)
- ActionList yesterday's Zoom webinars and fetch reportsZoom
- LogicAggregate per-webinar engagement metrics
- ActionWrite plain-English digest with OpenAIOpenAI
- ActionEmail digest to team via OutlookOutlook
- OutputAppend daily snapshot to AirtableAirtable
What it does
Instead of hunting through Zoom reports each morning, this workflow runs on a schedule, pulls every webinar that ended in the last 24 hours, computes attendance and engagement metrics (avg watch time, poll participation, Q&A volume, drop-off rate), and has OpenAI turn the numbers into a readable summary. The digest goes to the team via Outlook.
When to use it
Use it when your team runs frequent webinars and leadership wants a single morning email rather than per-event dashboards. Ideal for marketing or demand-gen teams reporting up to a manager who does not live in Zoom.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule (for example 7am) triggers the run.
- 2The flow lists all Zoom webinars that ended in the previous 24 hours and fetches their reports.
- 3An aggregation step rolls the per-webinar metrics into engagement stats.
- 4OpenAI writes a plain-English digest with callouts on top and bottom performers.
- 5The digest is emailed to the team distribution list via Outlook.
- 6The daily snapshot is appended to Airtable for trend tracking.
