AI AGENTS
Discord FAQ Resolution Tracker with Mod Handoff
When a member reacts to an AI answer with a thumbs-down or replies 'still stuck,' the agent reopens the question, escalates it to a moderator thread with full context.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerReaction or reply on a prior AI answerDiscord
- LogicIs this a dissatisfaction signal?
- ActionOpen mod thread with full contextDiscord
- OutputLog unresolved answer to Airtable for reportingAirtable
What it does
Deflection only works if wrong answers get caught. This agent listens for negative signals on the answers your FAQ bot already posted — a thumbs-down reaction or a follow-up like "that didn't work" — and treats them as a failed deflection. It instantly escalates to a moderator thread and records the miss so your resolution rate is honest.
When to use it
Layer this on top of any live Discord FAQ agent to close the quality loop. Essential for communities where a confidently-wrong AI answer does more damage than no answer at all.
How it works
- 1A reaction or reply event on a prior AI answer triggers the flow.
- 2A logic step classifies the signal as a dissatisfaction (negative reaction or 'still stuck' phrasing) versus noise.
- 3Dissatisfied threads are escalated: a moderator thread is opened with the original question, the AI's failed answer, and the member tag.
- 4The agent records the answer as unresolved in Airtable for resolution-rate reporting.
- 5Mods take over the thread directly in Discord.
