What it does
Guards the trustworthiness of issued citations. It walks the log of previously answered questions, re-resolves each citation against the current frozen corpus version, and verifies the cited clause still exists and its text matches what was quoted. Broken or drifted citations are reported so stale answers can be reissued before an auditor catches the mismatch.
When to use it
After a corpus re-index or version bump, when policies were edited and you must confirm that answers and attestations referencing the old evidence are still accurate.
How it works

- 3Each citation's clause anchor is looked up in the current corpus version in pgvector and compared to the originally quoted text.
- 4A branch separates intact citations from broken or drifted ones.

- 6A summary of broken citations is posted to the compliance Slack channel.
