Benefits Ticket Auto-Answer with Confidence Gate
Watches the HR benefits inbox in Front, drafts a document-grounded answer from Confluence and Notion plan sources.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew benefits email arrives in Front inboxFront
- ActionRetrieve evidence from Confluence and Notion sourcesConfluence
- ActionDraft answer with confidence score via OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicGate on confidence: auto-reply vs. human review
- OutputSend reply or assign draft to HR specialist in FrontFront
What it does
Monitors incoming benefits questions in your Front shared inbox, retrieves the relevant plan-document evidence, and drafts an answer. A confidence gate decides whether the answer is safe to send automatically or should be handed to an HR specialist with the draft pre-attached.
When to use it
When benefits questions flow through a shared email or Front inbox and you want to deflect the easy, clearly-documented ones while never auto-sending a guess on ambiguous coverage. Strong fit for teams that need an audit trail of which answers were automated.
How it works
- 1A new benefits email lands in the Front inbox and triggers the flow.
- 2The question is used to retrieve supporting passages from Confluence plan documents and Notion FAQs.
- 3OpenAI drafts an answer and returns a self-assessed confidence score with citations.
- 4A logic gate checks the score: high-confidence answers proceed to auto-reply.
- 5The reply is sent from Front when confident; otherwise the draft is left as an internal comment and assigned to an HR specialist for review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
