Weekly audit of Loom SOP coverage gaps and stale walkthroughs
On a schedule, compare your process registry against the indexed Loom library to find procedures with no walkthrough and videos that are outdated or rarely retrieved.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule fires
- ActionLoad process registry from AirtableAirtable
- ActionPull Loom inventory + retrieval stats from PostgresPostgres
- LogicMatch processes, flag missing and stale videos
- ActionRank gaps and draft backlog with OpenAIOpenAI
- OutputPost prioritized gap report to SlackSlack
What it does
Keeps your Loom SOP library honest. On a weekly cadence it reads your process registry from Airtable, cross-references it against the indexed Loom transcripts, and flags two problems: documented processes that have no walkthrough at all, and walkthroughs that are stale (old recording date, or low retrieval traffic in your RAG logs). It ranks the findings by importance and posts a recording to-do list to Slack.
When to use it
Use it when ownership of SOP video is fuzzy and coverage silently rots. Enablement and ops leads get a recurring, prioritized backlog of exactly which walkthroughs to record or re-record.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the audit.
- 2The flow loads the canonical process list from Airtable.
- 3It pulls the current Loom transcript inventory and retrieval stats from Postgres.
- 4Logic matches processes to walkthroughs, marking missing coverage and stale or unused videos.
- 5OpenAI ranks the gaps by priority and drafts a concise recording backlog.
- 6The prioritized report is posted to a Slack channel for the SOP owners.
