What it does

This workflow analyzes the losing side of the corpus to find where the playbook is thin. On a weekly schedule it pulls recent closed-lost transcripts, isolates the objections that preceded the loss, compares them against the existing won-deal responses, and flags objections that have no strong proven rebuttal. It then clusters these into themes and writes a ranked gap report.

When to use it

Use it when you want your enablement team to close coaching gaps proactively instead of reactively. It answers "which objections are we consistently losing on, and where is our playbook silent?"

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the run.
  2. 2Closed-lost transcripts added since the last run are pulled from Dropbox.
  3. 3OpenAI extracts the decisive objections from each lost call.
  4. 4Each objection is matched against the Notion won-deal corpus to check whether a strong rebuttal exists.
  5. 5A logic step keeps only objections with no adequate matching response and clusters them by theme.
  6. 6OpenAI ranks the clusters by frequency and deal value impact.
  7. 7The prioritized gap report is published as a new Notion page for the enablement team.
