How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule fires
  • ActionPull recent Closed Lost deals and objections from SalesforceSalesforce
  • ActionEmbed objections and search won-deal vector storeOpenAI
  • LogicFlag objections with low-confidence retrieval matches as gaps
  • OutputPost ranked coverage-gap digest to SlackSlack

What it does

Finds the holes in your objection playbook. It looks at objections that came up in recently lost deals, checks whether your won-deal transcript library contains a strong, semantically similar rebuttal, and surfaces the objections where coverage is weak or missing.

When to use it

Run it weekly for sales enablement and managers who want to prioritize coaching and content creation around the objections actually costing you deals — backed by retrieval evidence rather than gut feel.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the analysis.
  2. 2Salesforce is queried for recently Closed Lost deals and their stated objections.
  3. 3Each lost-deal objection is embedded and searched against the Supabase won-deal vector store via OpenAI.
  4. 4A logic step flags objections whose best retrieval match scores below a confidence threshold as coverage gaps.
  5. 5The ranked gap list, with example weak matches, is posted as a Slack digest to the enablement channel.
