Weekly Objection Coverage Gap Digest
Each week, analyzes recent lost-deal objections against your won-deal rebuttal library and posts a Slack digest highlighting objections you have no strong proven answer.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule fires
- ActionPull recent Closed Lost deals and objections from SalesforceSalesforce
- ActionEmbed objections and search won-deal vector storeOpenAI
- LogicFlag objections with low-confidence retrieval matches as gaps
- OutputPost ranked coverage-gap digest to SlackSlack
What it does
Finds the holes in your objection playbook. It looks at objections that came up in recently lost deals, checks whether your won-deal transcript library contains a strong, semantically similar rebuttal, and surfaces the objections where coverage is weak or missing.
When to use it
Run it weekly for sales enablement and managers who want to prioritize coaching and content creation around the objections actually costing you deals — backed by retrieval evidence rather than gut feel.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the analysis.
- 2Salesforce is queried for recently Closed Lost deals and their stated objections.
- 3Each lost-deal objection is embedded and searched against the Supabase won-deal vector store via OpenAI.
- 4A logic step flags objections whose best retrieval match scores below a confidence threshold as coverage gaps.
- 5The ranked gap list, with example weak matches, is posted as a Slack digest to the enablement channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect SalesforceAccounts, opportunities, cases.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect SupabaseTables, auth, storage, edge functions.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
