What it does

Generates a tailored "policies you need to know" brief per role. Given a job title and department, an agent decides which policy areas matter (security, expense, leave, code of conduct), retrieves the governing documents, and composes a clear, cited Notion page for the new hire.

When to use it

Use it whenever someone joins or changes roles and you want them grounded in the right subset of policy without dumping the entire handbook on them. Great for HR and people-ops teams scaling onboarding.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook (fired from your HRIS or an onboarding form) triggers the run with role and department.
  2. 2The agent reasons about which policy categories apply to that role.
  3. 3It retrieves the matching passages from Confluence and Drive via the Supabase index.
  4. 4OpenAI drafts a structured, cited brief tailored to the role.
  5. 5The brief is published as a Notion page and the link is returned to the requester.
