Detect Policy Coverage Gaps in RFP Security Questionnaires
On submission of a questionnaire, checks each question against the approved policy corpus and reports which questions have no supporting policy so compliance can write…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerOperator submits questionnaire for gap check
- ActionSplit questions and retrieve from policy corpusDropbox
- LogicApply relevance threshold to classify coverage
- ActionTag covered sources and mark gapsOpenAI
- OutputPost gap report to Slack channelSlack
What it does
Instead of drafting answers, this run audits a questionnaire for gaps. For every question it tests whether your approved corpus actually contains a defensible answer, then produces a triage report separating covered questions from those with no backing policy.
When to use it
Use it before committing to a deal-critical RFP, or when onboarding a new questionnaire framework, to learn upfront where your documented controls fall short. It lets compliance prioritize net-new policy writing rather than discovering gaps mid-response.
How it works
- 1An operator submits a questionnaire to start the run.
- 2Questions are split and each is retrieved against the approved policy corpus in Dropbox.
- 3A relevance threshold decides whether retrieval is strong enough to count as covered.
- 4Covered questions are tagged with their best-matching source; uncovered ones are marked as gaps.
- 5A structured gap report is posted to a Slack channel and a tracking row is logged for follow-up.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DropboxFiles and folders.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
