SUMMARIZATION
Monthly Discord-to-Confluence product feedback brief
Once a month an agent reads a full month of Discord feedback, synthesizes a narrative product brief with top themes and recommended actions.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerFirst of month schedule
- ActionFetch prior month of Discord feedbackDiscord
- ActionRead last month's Confluence brief for trendsConfluence
- ActionSynthesize themes, trends, and actions with OpenAIOpenAI
- OutputPublish formatted brief to ConfluenceConfluence
What it does
It produces the document a PM dreads writing: a monthly narrative of what the community is saying. An agent ingests the month's Discord feedback, identifies the dominant themes, tracks how they shifted from the prior month, surfaces standout quotes, and proposes concrete next steps. The result is published as a formatted Confluence page ready for the leadership review.
When to use it
Use this for monthly business reviews or roadmap planning when you need a defensible, well-structured synthesis of community sentiment rather than a raw list.
How it works
- 1A first-of-month schedule starts the run.
- 2The agent fetches the full prior month of messages from the Discord feedback channels.
- 3It reads the previous month's Confluence brief to anchor trend comparisons.
- 4Using OpenAI, it clusters themes, computes month-over-month movement, selects representative quotes, and drafts recommended actions.
- 5The agent assembles a structured brief and publishes it as a new Confluence page under the product space, linking source threads.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DiscordCommunity channels + voice + bots.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
