TICKET MANAGEMENT
Detect Duplicate ClickUp Tickets on Creation and Suggest a Merge
When a new ClickUp task is created, semantically compares it against recent open tickets and, if a likely duplicate is found, posts a merge suggestion as a comment on the new…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew ClickUp task createdClickUp
- ActionFetch recent open tasks in the same listClickUp
- ActionEmbed and rank candidates for similarityOpenAI
- LogicBranch: similarity above duplicate threshold?
- OutputComment merge suggestion with original link on the new taskClickUp
What it does
Every time a new ClickUp task lands in your support list, this workflow checks whether it duplicates an existing open ticket. If it finds a strong match, it leaves a comment on the new task proposing a merge and linking the original, so triagers don't reopen work that's already in flight.
When to use it
Run this on a busy support or bug-intake ClickUp list where customers and agents file overlapping reports. It's ideal when you want catch-at-creation deduplication without forcing agents to search manually before triaging.
How it works
- 1A ClickUp task-created webhook fires with the new task's title and description.
- 2The flow pulls recent open tasks from the same list for comparison.
- 3OpenAI embeds and compares the new ticket against candidates, returning the closest match and a similarity score.
- 4A logic step checks whether the score clears the duplicate threshold.
- 5If it does, the flow posts a comment on the new task naming the likely original, its URL, and the confidence, tagged for a human to confirm before merging.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

Enrich Discord bug reports with Sentry errors before filing in Linear
Takes a Discord bug report, has an LLM pull out likely error signatures, searches Sentry for matching events.
Front-to-Linear Recurring Bug Linker
When a Front ticket is tagged as a bug, it searches Linear for an existing matching issue and either links the ticket to that parent issue or opens a new tracked one.
Front Duplicate Conversation Clusterer
When a new Front conversation arrives, it semantically compares the report against open conversations.
Intercom Known-Issue Auto-Responder
When a new Intercom conversation matches a known active incident, it attaches the conversation to that incident's parent ticket and sends the customer the current status reply.
Weekly reopen-by-agent coaching digest
Aggregates each agent's solved-then-reopened tickets for the week, identifies the most common reopen reason per agent, and emails a private coaching digest to the support manager.
Escalate repeat reopens to a Linear bug
Detects when the same underlying issue reopens across multiple tickets, uses an AI agent to cluster them by root cause.
