TICKET MANAGEMENT
Log every ClickUp merge decision and dependency rewire to Airtable
After each duplicate-merge run, this records the keeper, the merged duplicates, every rewired dependency.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMerge-completed webhook receivedHTTP webhook
- LogicNormalize payload into a flat audit record
- ActionResolve task IDs to names via ClickUpClickUp
- ActionWrite audit row to AirtableAirtable
- OutputConfirm with Airtable link in SlackSlack
What it does
Gives merges a paper trail. Once a merge completes, it captures the canonical keeper, the duplicate task IDs that were closed, every dependency edge that was moved, who approved it, and the LLM's confidence — then writes one structured row per merge to an Airtable base so the dedupe program is auditable and measurable over time.
When to use it
Use it alongside an automated merge workflow when you need to prove what changed and why, report dedupe savings to leadership, or recover the original linkage if a merge was wrong.
How it works
- 1A merge-completed webhook triggers the run with the full merge result payload.
- 2A logic step normalizes the payload into a flat record: keeper, duplicates, rewired edges, approver, confidence, timestamp.
- 3ClickUp is queried to resolve task IDs into human-readable names and links for the log.
- 4Airtable receives a new audit row, with the rewired-edge list stored as a JSON field.
- 5A Slack confirmation links the new Airtable record.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 2Connect AirtableBases, tables, views, automations.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Connect HTTP webhookTrigger any URL on agent actions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
