Generate a meeting one-pager on demand from a Coda button
When you press a button on a row in your Coda meetings table, it reads the linked Outlook event and Attio account, generates a full one-pager.

What it does
This is the manual, on-demand version of meeting prep. You pick a meeting row in Coda, hit a Generate button, and the workflow fills that row with a complete one-pager built from the event details and CRM context. No waiting for a schedule or trigger window.
When to use it
Use it when you want prep on your terms for a specific meeting, or to regenerate a one-pager after an account's situation changed. Ideal for ad-hoc prep on important calls.
How it works
- 1A Coda button press triggers the workflow with the row's meeting ID and attendee.
- 2The workflow reads the matching Outlook event for time, attendees, and any agenda notes.
- 3It pulls the attendee's company record and open deals from Attio.
- 4OpenAI assembles a structured one-pager: context, goals, talking points, and risks.
- 5The generated content is written back into the same Coda row's prep column.
- 6The row's status flips to "ready" so the table shows at a glance which meetings are prepped.
