Instantly reassign an account round-robin when inactivity crosses 60 days
An inactivity webhook fires the moment an Attio account hits 60 days with no owner activity, reassigns it to the next round-robin rep, and logs the event to a ClickUp tracker.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerInactivity webhook (60-day threshold)HTTP webhook
- ActionFetch account details from AttioAttio
- LogicRound-robin pick next rep
- ActionUpdate account owner in AttioAttio
- ActionLog reassignment row in ClickUpClickUp
- OutputNotify new owner in SlackSlack
What it does
This workflow reacts in real time instead of waiting for a nightly batch. When your CRM monitor detects an account crossing the 60-day no-activity threshold, it fires a webhook that immediately reassigns that single account to the next round-robin rep in Attio, then writes a row to a ClickUp tracking list so ownership churn is auditable. The new rep is pinged in Slack instantly.
When to use it
Use this when timing matters and you can't afford to wait for a scheduled sweep — for example, fast-moving pipelines where a 60-day gap is already a red flag and the account should be back in play the same hour it goes stale.
How it works
- 1An inactivity webhook fires when an account hits 60 days without owner activity.
- 2The flow fetches the account's current details from Attio.
- 3A round-robin selector picks the next rep in the active pool.
- 4The account owner is updated in Attio.
- 5A row is appended to the ClickUp reassignment tracker for audit.
- 6The new owner is notified in Slack.
