What it does
This workflow catches the dangerous overlap of two signals — a renewal date approaching and the account having gone silent — and raises it to the customer success team in Slack while there's still time to act.
When to use it
Use it when silent accounts near renewal are your biggest churn risk. It's an early-warning radar, not an outreach engine: it surfaces the right accounts to the right humans at the right moment.
How it works
