Dormant Account Detector with ClickUp Re-Engagement Play
Scans Attio daily for accounts with no activity past a threshold, scores them by past value, and creates a tiered re-engagement task in ClickUp assigned to the right rep.

What it does
Every morning this workflow finds CRM accounts that have gone quiet — no email, meeting, note, or deal-stage change for longer than your no-touch threshold — and turns each one into an actionable re-engagement task instead of letting it rot in a report nobody reads.
When to use it
Run it when your book of business is large enough that reps lose track of accounts between active deals. It's the backbone play: detect dormancy, route it to an owner, and make the next step concrete and assigned.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires the run.
- 2The workflow queries Attio for accounts whose last interaction timestamp is older than the configured threshold (e.g. 45 days).
- 3A scoring branch tiers each account by historical deal value and lifecycle stage, dropping ones below a floor so reps aren't flooded.
- 4For each qualifying account it creates a ClickUp task in the rep's re-engagement list, with the dormancy reason, last-touch date, and a suggested opening move.
- 5It writes the play assignment and date back onto the Attio record so the account is marked in-sequence and won't be re-detected tomorrow.
