What it does

Turns reconciliation into a measurable metric. Rather than fixing records, it scores the current state of CRM-to-billing alignment and stores those numbers so you can watch duplicate rates and match coverage trend up or down.

When to use it

Use it when you want a data hygiene KPI on a dashboard, or to prove that a cleanup effort is actually reducing duplicates and unmatched accounts month over month.

How it works

A scheduled run fetches Attio companies and Stripe customers, normalizes all domains, and runs the same fuzzy-match logic used by the cleanup flows. Instead of acting on records it aggregates the results: total companies, detected duplicate clusters, matched customer pairs, unmatched billing orphans, and an overall match-rate percentage. These metrics, tagged with the run timestamp, are appended as a row to a Snowflake table feeding a trend dashboard. A short status line is posted to Slack flagging any week-over-week regression.
