Weekly Reactivation Scorecard and Cleanup
Compiles a weekly summary of reactivation queue progress, posts the scorecard to Slack, and archives accounts that exhausted the cadence with no response.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule fires
- ActionRead all reactivation queue rows from CodaCoda
- LogicBucket accounts by status and compute deltas
- OutputPost reactivation scorecard to SlackSlack
- ActionArchive exhausted accounts in CodaCoda
- ActionLog closing note on HubSpot companyHubSpot
What it does
This workflow gives leadership a weekly read on the reactivation program and keeps the queue clean. It reads the full Coda queue, tallies how many accounts re-engaged, how many are mid-cadence, and how many exhausted every stage with no reply. It posts a Slack scorecard with the numbers and a top-accounts highlight, then archives the dead accounts in Coda and writes a "reactivation attempted" note back to HubSpot so the CRM reflects the effort.
When to use it
Use this to report program impact every week and to automatically retire accounts that have run the full sequence, so the active queue only ever shows accounts still worth working.
How it works
A weekly schedule triggers the run. The workflow reads every row from the Coda queue and a logic step buckets accounts by status and computes the week-over-week deltas. It posts the formatted scorecard to a Slack channel, then for accounts that completed all cadence stages without a reply it sets the Coda row to "Archived" and logs a closing note on the matching HubSpot company.
