What it does

Once a day it gathers yesterday's closed Intercom conversations, groups them by account, and builds a rolling sentiment trend per account. OpenAI ranks which accounts decayed the most, and the flow opens one ClickUp task per flagged account in the owner's list.

When to use it

Use this when you prefer a batched morning queue over real-time pings. It gives CS managers a ranked daily worklist of accounts trending negative, instead of a noisy per-message alert stream.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires before the team's standup.
  2. 2The flow lists all Intercom conversations closed in the prior 24 hours and groups them by company.
  3. 3OpenAI scores each account's day against its trailing average and ranks the steepest declines.
  4. 4A filter keeps only accounts crossing the decay threshold.
  5. 5For each survivor it creates a ClickUp task with the trend chart summary, top negative quotes, and a save checklist.
  6. 6A single digest task links all flagged accounts for the manager.
