What it does

Instead of incrementing a number per tag, an agent reviews the whole recent Intercom history for each active account, weighs volume, tone, escalations, and resolution quality, and produces a fresh Attio warmth score together with a short relationship narrative and a recommended next action.

When to use it

Use it for high-touch or strategic accounts where a holistic weekly read beats per-event scoring. It pairs well with QBR prep and exec reviews, giving owners a written take on each relationship rather than just a metric.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule starts the agent run for active accounts.
  2. 2For each account the agent pulls recent Intercom conversations and their tags.
  3. 3The agent reasons over the corpus to assess relationship strength, supported by an OpenAI reasoning step.
  4. 4It resolves the account to its Attio company record.
  5. 5It writes the recomputed warmth score, a narrative summary, and a recommended next action onto the Attio record for the owner to act on.
