Open ClickUp handoff tasks for stale accounts before reassigning
Weekly, finds Attio accounts dormant for 60 days, picks the next round-robin owner, and creates a ClickUp onboarding task for that rep instead of silently flipping ownership.

What it does
Rather than reassigning ownership behind the scenes, this workflow turns each orphaned account into an actionable handoff. It identifies accounts with no owner touch in 60 days, chooses the next rep via round-robin, and creates a ClickUp task assigned to that rep with the account context and a re-engagement checklist. Ownership only changes once the rep accepts the task, so nobody is surprised by a cold pipeline.
When to use it
Use this when your team prefers a human acceptance step over automatic reassignment, or when reps need a structured checklist (review notes, send intro email, log a call) to pick up an account cleanly.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule starts the run.
- 2The flow reads all Attio accounts and their last owner activity date.
- 3A filter isolates accounts dormant for 60+ days.
- 4A round-robin selector assigns each to the next available rep.
- 5A ClickUp task is created for that rep with account name, prior owner, dormancy length, and a re-engagement checklist.
- 6A summary of all created handoffs is posted to the team Slack channel.
