What it does
Instead of processing memos one at a time, this scheduled workflow sweeps a Google Drive folder once a day. It transcribes every new voice note with ElevenLabs, attaches each transcript to the right HubSpot contact, and then rolls them all into one tidy end-of-day digest posted to Slack for the sales manager.
When to use it
Use it when reps record throughout the day but you'd rather batch the CRM writes and get a single summary at close of business instead of a stream of individual notifications. Good for managers who want a daily pulse on field activity.
