What it does
When a rep uploads a voice clip to your sales Slack channel and mentions a deal, this workflow transcribes the clip with ElevenLabs and writes the result to the matching Salesforce opportunity as a chatter post or note. It then replies in the Slack thread with a confirmation link so the rep knows it landed.
When to use it
Use it when Slack is where your team already lives and reps want to dictate a quick update between meetings without opening Salesforce. The thread confirmation keeps everyone honest that the note actually saved.
How it works
