Archive and recap the Discord deploy war-room on completion
When a release thread is marked done, this builds a timeline recap from the thread, posts a summary with total rollout duration and approvals.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerThread marked release-completeDiscord
- ActionPull thread checkpoints + timestampsDiscord
- LogicCompute duration + stages cleared
- ActionWrite recap page to NotionNotion
- ActionPost recap and archive threadDiscord
- OutputConfirm Notion link in channelDiscord
What it does
Closes the loop on a rollout. Once the war-room thread is marked complete, it assembles a clean recap of what happened, the gates passed, and how long the deploy took, then archives the conversation and stores a permanent record.
When to use it
Use this when you want a durable post-release log for compliance, retros, or onboarding without anyone manually writing it up. Ideal for teams that run frequent deploys and lose history in thread sprawl.
How it works
- 1A trigger fires when a `release-complete` tag or reaction is added to the war-room thread.
- 2An action pulls the thread's checkpoint messages, approvals, and timestamps from Discord.
- 3A logic step computes total rollout duration, stages cleared, and any holds or rollbacks encountered.
- 4An action writes a structured recap page to Notion in the release log database.
- 5An action posts the recap summary back into the thread and then archives it.
- 6The output confirms the Notion link in the deploys channel for the team record.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DiscordCommunity channels + voice + bots.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
