Trello Remediation Closeout with Re-Check and Axiom Log
Triggers when a Trello remediation card moves to Done, re-runs the shell compliance probe on that host to confirm the fix held.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerTrello card moved to Done listTrello
- ActionShell re-probes the host from the cardShell
- LogicCompare result to original failure type
- ActionReopen and comment card if still failingTrello
- OutputLog resolved-or-reopened event to AxiomAxiom
What it does
This workflow closes the remediation loop. When an IT tech drags a compliance card to the Done list, it re-runs the shell probe against that specific host to verify the fix actually took. If the machine still fails, the card is moved back and commented; if it passes, the resolution is logged to Axiom as an audit event.
When to use it
Use it alongside the encryption or patch sweep flows to prevent premature closures — no card is trusted as fixed until the probe confirms it. Gives you a verifiable remediation trail for auditors.
How it works
- 1A Trello event fires when a card enters the Done list.
- 2An action extracts the hostname from the card and runs the shell probe on it.
- 3A logic step compares the result to the card's original failure type.
- 4If still failing, an action moves the card back and adds an explanatory comment; if passing, it proceeds.
- 5The output writes a resolved-or-reopened audit event to Axiom with the host and verdict.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect TrelloKanban boards for everything.
- 2Connect ShellRun sandboxed commands inside the workspace.
- 3Connect AxiomLog streams, queries, dashboards.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
