What it does

Gives the team a clean read on each event day: how many leads, how many hot, which booth stations and reps scanned the most, and the notable companies captured. It posts the recap to Slack and emails the lead.

When to use it

Use it nightly during a multi-day conference so leadership can adjust staffing and messaging tomorrow based on what worked today, instead of waiting for a post-show report.

How it works

  1. 1An evening schedule trigger fires at the end of the show day.
  2. 2The day's scans are pulled from Airtable, filtered to today's date.
  3. 3A summarization step computes totals, hot-lead count, top scanning stations and reps, and a list of notable companies.
  4. 4A formatted recap is posted to the team Slack channel.
  5. 5The same digest is emailed to the event lead via Gmail as the closing output.
